My Insurance arranged for my car to be collected from your Kent branch after an accident, I have spoken to a few people at the site who were all very helpful.  The damage resulted in my car being written off but I had left some items inc service book & tax in the vehicle, when the site manager realised he lived around the corner from me he offered to drop the items off on the way home.

Unfortunately people going the extra mile to help you is a rarity these days and I felt his actions should be brought to your attention.

I feel one member of staff in particular should receive a special mention, Emily, who every time we spoke was always very friendly and cheerful. It was a pleasure to speak to her.
