We are insured with Sheila's Wheels and, after I damaged our Volvo's nearside doors recently, we were informed by them that ABL Portsmouth were our nearest accident repair centre.

Everything was incredibly easy. I was contacted by ABL at the time my insurers said they would be in touch. My car was collected by a super chap who delivered a great courtesy car which we had use of for a few days whilst the Volvo was repaired. Our car was returned to us by another helpful driver - valeted - and the repair work looks excellent. ABL Portsmouth were very flexible about collection and return times and fitted in with our schedule of work. We are delighted with the service ABL Portsmouth gave us. My Insurance arranged for my car to be collected from your Kent branch after an accident, I have spoken to a few people at the site who were all very helpful.  The damage resulted in my car being written off but I had left some items inc service book & tax in the vehicle, when the site manager realised he lived around the corner from me he offered to drop the items off on the way home.

Unfortunately people going the extra mile to help you is a rarity these days and I felt his actions should be brought to your attention.
