Everything was incredibly easy. I was contacted by ABL at the time my insurers said they would be in touch. My car was collected by a super chap who delivered a great courtesy car which we had use of for a few days whilst the Volvo was repaired. Our car was returned to us by another helpful driver - valeted - and the repair work looks excellent.
